Mollie's Father

Edward Panter-Downes, Mollie's father - the photograph of her by Lee Miller (scroll down) was taken during the war. Scroll down also for two paragraphs about Mollie (after all the poignant detail about her father's death in the First World War); the first mentions The Shoreless Sea, the astonishingly mature novel Mollie wrote when she was only 16.
